    GF5200 Adjustable Jet Pump

    　　   Principles of jet pump：
      Dryer section of paper machine adopts steam jet pump, which is also called thermal compressor. Steam jet pump transfers energy of pressure difference between vapor pressure provided by thermal power station or boiler and steam dryer into pump power. The working capacity of steam jet pump, namely  supplied steam pressure, capacity of pumping second evaporation steam and amount of new steam consumed,  are all closely related to grade of working steam.
      Basic function of jet pump：
      Adjustable Jet Pump  does not require setting of adjusting valve on imported working steam pipe since it has been equipped with adjustment mechanisms and adjustment valve on the jet pump nozzle section etc. itself. When there is change in operation status of paper machine, it will adjust and change effective sectional area that nozzle passes through steam by self adjustment mechanisms of jet pump. In the process of adjustment, it will not change new steam pressure, but only have to adjust effective sectional area of the nozzle in process of adapting to operation status of paper machine. Then the unit flow new steam working capacity will not change. The paper machine can adjust jet pump under various operation status, which can all be optimized for operation.
      Adjustable Jet Pump itself is equipped with adjustment mechanisms (replace adjustment valve on steam pipe), valve localizer and adjustment valve etc.. It adopts stainless steel, special wear-resistant metal plating in all key parts and realizes adjustment of heat pump operating conditions namely adjustment of steam pressure and steam load by changing effective section of steam nozzle. In process of jet pimp adjustment, the new steam pressure in inlet of jet pump keeps unchanged. It boasts fine adjustment performance and high efficiency of jet pump, which has a wide adaptability to change of paper machine operation status such as output and travelling speed.
